The latest Marquette Law School Poll continues to give a very narrow edge to Democrat David Crowley among likely voters. “It’s 51 for Crowley, 44 for Tiffany, a seven-point margin, and 4% undecided,” Poll Director Charles Franklin said Wednesday.

“For likely voters in August, we had a five-point Crowley advantage. Then last month, that shrunk to a three-point advantage, and now it’s moved back up to the current seven points.”

Franklin says it’s closer among registered voters with 47% for the Milwaukee County Executive and 44% for Congressman Tom Tiffany with 9% undecided. Tiffany leads by 13% among those who remain unsure about whether they’ll vote. Franklin stressed the results are within the poll’s margin of error of 4.7 percentage points.
