After a sluggish start, the Milwaukee Bucks picked up the pace in the second half and pulled away for a 97-77 win over the New Jersey Nets at the IZOD Center in East Rutherford, NJ.
Andrew Bogut scored just 6-points in the first half, but went to work in the second, scoring 16 points to help the Bucks win for the 24th (24-27) time this season. Irsan Ilyasova added 18 points for the Bucks, who reached Scott Skiles goal of an 8-4 record in their last 12-games before the all-star break.
The two teams played before a crowd that only filled the first few rows. With blizzard conditions outside, the announced attendance was 1,016.
New Jersey got 27 points from former Badger Devin Harris, but still lost for the 8th straight time and head into the break at 4-48 on the season.
