A 24-year-old Neillsville woman is facing felony charges in connection with a car crash that killed her children earlier this year. Aurelia Perez Amador was driving without a valid license on April 2nd on Granton Road and was involved in a weather-related crash. Her vehicle slid off a snow-covered road and crashed into a tree. Her two daughters were killed in the wreck.

Perez Amador is now charged with two counts of child neglect resulting in death and two counts of driving without a valid license resulting in death. If convicted she faces up to 60-years in prison.
She is now free on $2,000 signature bond. She’s scheduled for an initial appearance in Clark County Court on June 9.
