Berezowitz to retire after the season

August 9, 2006 By WRN Contributor

Longtime UW-Whitewater football coach Bob Berezowitz will be back on the sidelines this year for his final season. It'll be his 22nd at Whitewater. His 145 wins ranks 3rd all time in the WIAC. Berezowitz led the Warhawks to the Division 3 National Title game, a game they lost to Mount Union. Whitewater won 14 games last season and is an overwhelming favorite to win the WIAC again this season.
