Hodge suspended by University

September 22, 2006 By WRN Contributor

Redshirt freshman Elijah Hodge has been suspended by the University of Wisconsin for a violation of the student-athlete discipline police. He's barred from competition and practice until more information becomes available on his case. The 20 year old Hodge was booked into the Dane County Jail on a tentative charge of operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent. He has yet to be charged in the incident. Hodge's brother Abdul Hodge, plays for the Green Bay Packers. The Badgers open the Big Ten season at Michigan tomorrow.
