Wisconsin's freshman congressman Steve Kagen got his five minutes on the House floor in the Iraq debate.
The democrat from Appleton made it clear he will vote for the non-binding resolution on Iraq saying it's time to try diplomacy rather than force.
Kagen called the course the US is on now, morally unacceptable citing the number of US troops killed or wounded and the hundreds of thousands of Iraqi citizens who have been killed in the violence.
Kagen takes pride in being part of the Congressional Class of 06. The men and women who were sent to Washington because he says, voters wanted a change. He urged his congressional colleagues to join the Class of '06 in passing the resolution.
