Robinson will finish up jail sentence in Brown County

April 18, 2007 By WRN Contributor

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Koren Robinson started his 90-day jail sentence for felony fleeing an officer in Minnesota and will finish it at the Brown County jail on Green Bay.

Robinson has been granted work release, spending the final 45 days on electronic monitoring and working at a local hospital.

Robinson started his sentence in Minnesota because the Brown County Jail was full at the time.

Robinson is serving a one-year NFL suspension for violating the league's substance-abuse program.  He's eligible for reinstatement on Sept. 18th.
