Yi Saga Continues

July 18, 2007 By WRN Contributor

The owner of Bucks first round draft pick Yi Jianlian's Chinese professional team apparently made some comments regarding the Bucks.  The Bejing News said that the owner of the Guandong Tigers said that Yi shouldn't play in Milwaukee because he would not get enough playing time to develop his game and not because of a lack of an Asian population in the city.  The Bucks say that Yi could see plenty of minutes and could possibly start at power forward.  Another spokesman for the Chinese team says the team owner didn't make the statements.
