DNR operators are standing by

November 2, 2007 By WRN Contributor

Got a question for the DNR? A new and expanded call center operation is waiting for your call.

DNR Secretary Matt Frank unveiled the expanded operation today. Now if you have a phone or internet connection you can get in touch with a DNR representative to get answers to any DNR question.

New services include live internet chats with DNR representatives and a bilingual service with Spanish and Hmong translators.

Frank says anyone in any part of the state should be able to get answers to their questions seven days a week between 7am and 10pm. They expect and encourage a lot of calls this year from hunters regarding DNR regulations.

Frank says it's all about helping people in the state enjoy Wisconsin's great outdoors.
