Phoenix and Panthers win Horizon League games

In Green Bay, Ryan Tillema scored 16 of his 23 points in the first half to lead UW-Green Bay to a 78-52 win over Detroit in Horizon League men's basketball action.

UW-Green Bay shot 58% from the field and a whopping 69% (9 of 13) from three-point range to improve to 2-1 in league play.

In Milwaukee, the UWM Panthers got a career-high 24 points from Ricky Franklin in a 75-64 win over Wright State.  It's the third straight win for the Panthers (6-7, 1-2).

The Panthers also hit a season high 12 three-pointers in the win.
