PODCAST: Bill Scott with WSCO's Justin Hull, discuss the latest on Brett Favre

July 31, 2008 By WRN Contributor

Various reports this afternoon say Brett Favre is either on his way to Green Bay or is scheduled to leave Hattiesburgh for Green Bay today.

The Green Bay Packers have been unable to trade Favre so far.  A report in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel today said the Packers may even consider a trade in the division, including the rival Vikings and Bears in the discussion.

WTMJ-TV in Milwaukee also reported last night that the Packers offered a substantial sum of money, $20-million over 10 years, to stay retired.

There's been no reports from the commissioner's office on re-instatement and Favre has given no indication that he would attend the Packers workouts on Friday.
