Officials in Washburn County have recovered the body of a Hayward man who disappeared while kayaking. The sheriff's department says the body of 45 year-old Randall Danczyk was found Saturday afternoon around 1:30 p.m.

The body was recovered from ten feet of water, just off the Stinnett canoe landing on the Namekagon River between Hayward and Springbrook. Danczyk was last seen Wednesday afternoon on the River between Trego and Hayward. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the actual cause death.
