Bucks move into 5th spot in Eastern Conference

March 8, 2010 By Bill Scott

The Milwaukee Bucks had the day off on Sunday, but they moved into the fifth spot in the Eastern Conference playoff chase after Toronto fell to Philadelphia 114-101 on Sunday in Toronto.

The Raptors have dropped 5 of their last 6, while the Bucks have won three in a row, coming off of their 92-85 win over Cleveland on Saturday night at the Bradley Center.  The Bucks (33-29) have won 9 of their last 10 games.  They have a half-game lead on Toronto and own the head to head tie breaker as well.

Scott Skiles’ Bucks return to action Tuesday night by hosting Boston and then play a home game against Utah on Friday.
