Blizzard announce player suspensions

May 12, 2011 By Bill Scott

The Green Bay Blizzard handed out suspensions this week from Saturday night’s 44-21 Indoor Football League (IFL) win over the La Crosse Spartans.

Four Blizzard players and two Spartan players were ejected from the game.

Wide receiver Robert Garth has been released by the team and Chris Bell has been suspended for the remainder of the season.  Safety Arkeith Brown and Defensive End Jeremiah Price have each been given a one game suspension.

James McClinton, Cody Faulkner and Aaron Bryant will also be fined an undisclosed amount.

Green Bay’s next IFL game is at Sioux Falls on Sunday as they face the 9-0 Storm.
