Another suit against Badger Guns

June 9, 2011 By Bob Hague

A Milwaukee gun dealer is the subject of a lawsuit on behalf of two wounded police officers. Jonathan Lowy is Director of the Legal Action Project of the Brady Center representing the wounded officers. Bryan Norberg and Graham Kunisch were each shot in the head in June of 2009. Lowy will ask a Milwaukee County judge to allow the men’s lawsuit to proceed to trial. Badger, where a gun used to wound two other officers was also sold, is arguing federal law exempts them. Last month a judge allowed the suit involving the other two officers, Alejandaro Arce and Jose Lopez, to move to trial.
