Badgers’ Wilson is Big Ten Player of the Week

November 15, 2011 By Bill Scott

Wisconsin quarterback Russell Wilson completed 16 of 17 passes for 178 yards and four touchdowns.  Wilson was named the Big Ten’s Offensive Player of the Week.

His 94.1% completion percentage ranks as the fourth highest in a game in Big Ten history.  Wilson became just the 13th quarterback in the Football Bowl Subdivision to pass for 100 or more touchdowns in his career.

Wilson claims his third weekly honor of the season and of his career.
