Twins hire Brewers announcer Provus

According to the Minneapolis Star Tribune, Milwaukee Brewers radio voice Cory Provus has been hired to replace the retired John Gordon as the #1 play-by-play voice of the Minnesota Twins. Provus had worked alongside Bob Uecker on Brewers broadcasts for the last three years.  He replaced Jim Powell, who left to join the Atlanta Braves’ broadcast team.
