Brewers Lose To Mets

May 15, 2012 By Bill Scott

The Brewers offense goes cold one more time in a 3-1 loss to the Mets on Monday night.  Miguel Batista threw 7 shutout innings to notch the win for New York.  Yovani Gallardo was the hard luck loser giving up single runs in the 1st and the 6th innings.  K-Rod also gave up a run in the 8th.   The Brewers only run came in the 9th inning on a RBI single by Corey Hart. The quick two game set wraps up tonight. Zack Grienke gets the start tonight for the Crew.

Major League Baseball has fired Shyam Das.  He is the arbitrator who overturned Ryan Braun’s positive test for a PED.
