Badger women down Evansville

The Wisconsin women’s basketball team placed three players in double figures on Sunday, posting a 73-55 win over Evansville at the Kohl Center.

Morgan Paige had 19 points, Tiera Stephen scored 13 and Taylor Wurtz added 11 to lead the Badgers offensively. 

The Badgers (3-2) scored 42 points in the paint and shot a season-high 43.9% from the field. 

Evansville fell to 2-3 with the loss.

The Badgers travel to Virginia Tech on Wednesday for the ACC/Big Ten Challenge.
