Badger women fall to Iowa

The Wisconsin Badger women’s basketball team fell to 0-3 in Big Ten Conference play, losing 65-54 at the Kohl Center on Thursday night.

Wisconsin (8-8 overall, 0-3 Big Ten) tied the game with 3:53 left to play in the game, then saw the Hawkeyes go on a 14-0 run to close the game.

Morgan Paige lead the Badgers with 18 points but the Badgers shot just 33% from the field as a team.

The Hawkeyes shot just 38% from the field, but hit 17 of their 18 free throws (94.4%).

Wisconsin continues Big Ten play at Michigan on Sunday.
