Wisconsin (14-6, 5-2 Big Ten) and Ohio State (15-4, 5-2) head into tonight’s Big Ten
matchup in Columbus tied for 4th place in the conference standings, but just a game behind co-leading Michigan and Indiana.
The Badgers are 3-3 against ranked opponents this season, including a 3-1 record against the Big Ten.
Every time Wisconsin hits the floor, they’re trying to get out of what’s been a season-long shooting slump. The Badgers are hitting just 40% of their field goals in Big Ten play, to go along with a conference worst 52% from the free throw line.
Nobody understands the word slump more than Badger big man Jared Berggren. After averaging 13.7 points and 5.3 rebounds and shooting 51% from the field in Wisconsin’s first three Big Ten games, Berggren has fallen to 6.0 points, 6.3 rebounds and 29% shooting from the field in the last four games.
