April 24, 2013 By Bill Scott

One day away from the 2013 NFL Draft, the Green Bay Packers plan to meet with

Cedric Benson

running back Cedric Benson.

The Packers want to see how Benson’s foot injury has healed and see where he’s at in terms of playing next season.

Benson is a unrestricted free agent and is free to sign with anybody this season.  He rushed for 248 yards and a touchdown for the Packers last season before going on injured reserve with the foot injury.
