State golf champions crowned

Cedarburg captured the WIAA Division 1 boys state golf championship on Tuesday at University Ridge in Verona.  Cedarburg won by 7-strokes over runner-up Brookfield Central.  Appleton East finished 3rd.

In Division 2, Catholic Memorial came from behind to win the team title, in front of Edgerton and Notre Dame.

Osseo Fairchild won the Division 3 team title, 10-shots better than Lancaster.
