Badgers fall in top 25 polls

After splitting a pair of Big Ten games last week, the Wisconsin Badgers dropped five spots in both top 25 polls this week.

Wisconsin (17-3, 4-3 Big Ten) is No. 13 in this week’s USA Today/Coaches poll and No. 14 in the Associated Press top 25 poll.

Wisconsin will host Northwestern (10-11, 3-5) on Wednesday night (8pm) at the Kohl Center.  The Badgers beat the Wildcats 76-49 in the Big Ten opener on January 2nd at Northwestern.

Ryan has the flu

Wisconsin coach Bo Ryan said Monday he’s still recovering from the flu that he picked up on Saturday.  Ryan coached through the illness in Saturday’s win at Purdue.
