Northwestern’s Drew Crawford and Penn State’s D.J. Newbill have been named Big Ten Co-Players of the Week.

Crawford averaged 23.5 points, 6.5 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game in Northwestern’s road sweep over Wisconsin and Minnesota.

For the week, Crawford shot 66.7% from the field and 55.6% from three-point range.  Against the Badgers, he poured in a season-high 30 points on 10 of 15 shooting and pulled down eight rebounds.
