Green Bay women capture league title

The Green Bay Phoenix women’s basketball team knocked off Oakland 67-52 last night to clinch at least a share of a 16th straight Horizon League regular-season title.

In the process, Green Bay earned the number-1 seed for the conference tournament next week.  Breannah Ranger scored 19 points and Tesha Buck added 16 in the win.

Green Bay hit 7 of its 12 three-point attempts.
