Badgers face difficult schedule in 2016

December 31, 2015 By Bill Scott

Bucky Badger logoPaul Chryst finished 10-3 in his first season as the head coach of the Wisconsin Badgers, capping off the season with a 23-21 Holiday Bowl win over the U-S-C Trojans.

The win gave the Badgers ten wins for the fifth time in the last seven years.

Picking up ten-wins in 2016 will be a major undertaking.

The Badgers will open their season against LSU on Sept. 3 at Lambeau Field.  They’ll open Big Ten play with road games at Michigan State and Michigan.  They’ll play their Big Ten opener against Ohio State and follow that with a road game at rival Iowa.

The first four teams on their Big Ten schedule combined to go 44-6 this season.
