Poor second half costs Lady Badgers in Ann Arbor

Bucky Badger logoThe Wisconsin Badger women’s basketball team couldn’t pick up where they left off in a win over Purdue and lost to the Michigan Wolverines 82-65 in Ann Arbor on Thursday night.

Wisconsin mustered just 28 points in the last two quarters, after the Badgers (7-16, 3-10 Big Ten) led 37-36 at halftime.

The Badgers struggled in the second half from the field, shooting just 39% and were outscored by the Wolverines 46-28.
