April 14, 2016 By WRN Contributor

A three-car crash on Highway 76 in Winnebago County claimed the life of a young woman from the Kaukauna area. Sheriff’s Lieutenant Joe Kroncke said she was heading south, near Highway G, when her car was struck from behind around 3:45 p.m. The car was pushed into oncoming traffic, and was hit by another car.

The woman who was killed was in her 20s. Kroncke said three other people had non life-threatening injuries. A stretch of Highway 76 was closed for about 3-1/2 hours.
