Milwaukee man slain in funeral procession

August 30, 2016 By Bob Hague

Milwaukee police are looking into a triple shooting during a funeral procession Monday afternoon. Twenty-three year-old Lamar Ragland was killed in the car just behind the hearse. Fabian Hinkle, Ragland’s cousin, said the funeral was for Ragland’s grandfather.

“He just came down here to bury his grandfather. Where is your conscience?”

Hinkle believes the shooting was because of his cousin’s distinctive car. “They know who they did it to, just because of the car.”

The two other people who were struck by bullets are expected to survive.
