Wisconsin businesswoman named to Trump economic team

August 12, 2016 By Bob Hague

Two Wisconsin businesswomen could take on larger roles in Donald Trump’s Republican presidential campaign. Diane Hendricks and Liz Uihlein were among nine people Trump added Thursday to his economic advisory council — which he says will look for innovative ways to revitalize the nation’s economy.

Hendricks chairs ABC Supply Company of Beloit, and she was given a previous role in Trump’s campaign fundraising. Uihlein is one of the founders of Uline, Incorporated of Pleasant Prairie in Kenosha County. Both she and Hendricks were earlier named to Trump’s “Victory Leadership” team as part of a joint fundraising agreement with the Republican National Committee
