Pence Waukesha event postponed

September 26, 2016 By Bob Hague

The Donald Trump campaign has postponed a scheduled Wisconsin appearance by vice-presidential candidate Mike Pence. Pence was to appear at a rally Tuesday evening at Weldall Manufacturing in Waukesha

Wisconsin campaign spokesman Matt Schuck said Monday that Pence had to postpone due to a scheduling conflict. The Trump rally on Wednesday in Waukesha is still on.

Trump is still scheduled to speak Wednesday at the Waukesha County Expo Center at 6 p.m.

Last week’s Marquette Law School poll shows Democrat Hillary Clinton leading Trump by 44 percent to 42 percent among likely voters here. The candidates debate Monday night.
