Brewers decline to offer deals to Coffey and Inglett

December 3, 2010 By Bill Scott

The Milwaukee Brewers declined to offer contracts to reliever Todd Coffey and utility-man Joe Inglett for the upcoming season.  Both players become free agents immediately.

Coffey went 2-4 last season with a 4.76 ERA.  Inglett hit .254 in 102 games for the Brewers last season.

The Brewers will have six players eligible for arbitration; Prince Fielder, Rickie Weeks, Carlos Gomez, Manny Parra, Carlos Villanueva and Kameron Loe.
