Former Packer, Green to join the Blizzard

March 21, 2012 By Bill Scott

Green Bay Packers all-time leading rusher Ahman Green, will be introduced as

Ahman Green

a new partner in the Green Bay Blizzard ownership group during a news conference this afternoon.

The Blizzard called a news conference this afternoon to announce the move but didn’t release Green’s name.  That information was first made public by the Green Bay Press Gazette on-line this morning.

The Blizzard just kicked off their third season in the Indoor Football League.  Green Bay is off to a 2-1 start after going 11-3 last season.

Green has had two different stints with the Packers, rushing for 9,205 yards and scoring 74 touchdowns.
