Marcum to pitch in Appleton tonight

August 10, 2012 By Bill Scott

The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers were rained out at home against Cedar Rapids last night.  The two teams will play a double-header today, with the first game starting at 5:35pm.

Milwaukee Brewers right hander Shaun Marcum was scheduled to make a rehab start for the Timber Rattlers last night.  He’ll now start the first game of the double-header tonight.  Marcum will be on a 40-pitch count.

Cedar Rapids will start Cam Bedrosian, the son of former NL Cy Young Award winner Steve Bedrosian.
