Bucks to hold training camp in Madison for second straight year

Milwaukee Bucks logo 11The Milwaukee Bucks announced on Tuesday that they are returning to Madison for a second straight year and will hold the first week of training camp on the UW campus from Sept. 27-30.

The Bucks are also scheduled to play an exhibition game at the Kohl Center on October 8 when they take on the Dallas Mavericks.

The Bucks will play a total of six preseason games this fall, beginning Oct. 3 with a game against the Chicago Bulls at the United Center.

The Bucks will hold six practices at the Nicholas-Johnson Pavilion before returning to Milwaukee.

The only other exhibition game in Wisconsin is Oct. 15 against the Chicago Bulls in the 40th annual MACC Fund Game.

The team’s regular-season schedule and entire NBA schedule is expected to be announced later this month.
