Wisconsin women’s hockey sweeps Clarkson

motion-wThe top-ranked Wisconsin women’s volleyball team pulled off a two-game weekend sweep, knocking off number-seven Clarkson 4-1 on Saturday afternoon in Potsdam, New York.

Presley Norby scored nine minutes into the third period to kick off a three-goal outburst for the Badgers.

Sarah Nurse scored a shorthanded goal 10:48 into the period and Sydney McKibbon added her second of the game at the 15:28 mark.

The Badgers improved to 5-0-1 on the season and have now won 42 straight games against non-WCHA opponents.
