Gerardo Parra (7th) and Adam Lind (14th) both homered for the Brewers, who pounded out 13 hits in the win. The Brewers put together double figures in hits in each of the seven road games. They hit .364 as a team during that stretch.
The Brewers scored 53 runs and averaged just over 7.5 a game during the road trip. The last time the Brewers went through a 7-game road trip without a loss was during the 2008 season, a year they went to the playoffs.
Taylor Jungmann pitched 8 innings of four-hit ball, allowing a single run in picking up the win. He dropped his ERA to 2.43 and didn’t allow a run until the 8th inning.
Jean Segura had 3 hits, while Adam Lind, Aramis Ramirez, Scooter Gennett and Gerardo Parra all had two hits each.
The Brewers return home to open a series with the Atlanta Braves at Miller Park tonight.
